A: Happy Pawz provides bedding, bowls, and toys. Please only bring the quantity of food needed for your pets stay. We do not currently accept bedding, or beds to not risk any of your belongings getting destroyed. We do not replace any damaged items. If you think your pet may chew our provided bedding, your dog may be crated for this reason. If your pet uses potty pads at home, please bring them. We also recommend, bringing everything in a bag and write your name or your pets name on it. 

A: Picture and video updates will be sent to the cell phone number provided. Happy Pawz posts regularly on their social media throughout the day and suggest checking stories for additional updates. 

Feel free to at any time to check in with us about your pups! Please be patient as we are trying to give all pet parents updates.

A: Pick up and drop off is by appointment only. This is our home and to respect our neighbors we keep traffic to a minimum or at dedicated times. Please always inform us when you are on the way and out front.
